May Newsletter

Hello friends! As was foretold by our modern-day soothesayer, Justin Timberlake, it’s now May!

Bog Hag news!

I’m sad to report that the Bog Hag anthology did NOT make the finals for Anthology of the Year at Imaginarium in 2025. Fear not, though. Sales are still going strong and the work of the contributors is still getting out into the world!

Beltane news!

I got the bad news out of the way so we could enjoy all of the good news from here, because there is PLENTY to be happy about! The Beltane anthology released on April 2nd and shortly thereafter hit #1 BEST SELLER ON AMAZON in the religious fiction anthology category! You guys!! It’s a best seller!!! Exclamation points for days!!!! I’m so proud of the authors who put in all the work to make the anthology a success.

And of course, I’m heckin’ proud of my work-bestie, Sarah C. Brody, for all the hard work she put in, helping me get this anthology put together. We’ll be celebrating soon over margaritas with Dolly, so stay tuned!

Moonlight Market news!

My short story collection, Tales From the Moonlight Market, is on schedule to be released May 9th!

On Saturday, May 10th, I will once again be hosted by Three Thymes Greenhouse for a signing. Copies will be limited so get there early!

To pass the time while we wait, I’m counting down the days to release over on Instagram, where I’m using my supreme(ly bad) talent as an artist to draw one character from each of the 13 short stories found in the collection. I promise, it’s a “Do Not Miss” situation, so make sure you stop by!

Betwixt news!

With the break between anthologies, I’m still working away at the pre-sequel to Spellbound. I’m at the part where even I’m surprised at what’s happening in the story, so I’m extra-excited to get this book into the hands of readers!

Other news!

I’m scheduled to be a guest on two different podcasts in the coming weeks, so be sure to keep an eye on me at Bluesky to know where to listen to those when they’re released!

And I think that’s finally everything! Woohoo! We made it to the end of all the news!

From the mess to the masses,
